Biography
A member of Accredited’s Wealth Management group, Steve is responsible for developing and directing client planning strategies. Steve’s research and analysis was critical to the creation of Accredited’s unique retirement distribution planning approach.
Within the firm, Steve manages the development of Accredited’s senior financial planning staff.
Prior to joining Accredited, Steve spent five years at a financial services company in Des Moines, Iowa.
Steve served as president of the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota (2015) and is an active volunteer providing pro bono financial planning services.

How do you spend your life wisely?
I spend my life wisely in three main ways. First, I'm able to focus on being of service to others and helping make their lives better, which is incredibly energizing. Second, I find joy and meaning in spending time with my family, including helping my kids find and develop their passions. Third, I make time for my own passions, including music, traveling, hiking and barbecuing. It helps me stay grounded as I work towards fully experiencing what life has to offer.
