Accredited Investors Wealth Management® has been recognized as a 2022 Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers as announced by InvestmentNews today. This is the fifth consecutive year that Accredited has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by InvestmentNews.

Accredited was chosen as one of this year’s top 75 based on employer and employee surveys delving into everything from company culture, benefits, career paths and more.

“We are greatly honored to be named a 2022 Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers by InvestmentNews,” said Becky Krieger, Managing Director. “As we celebrate our firm’s 35th anniversary in 2022, we are incredibly proud of our team, their commitment to service, and the energizing workplace that they have created.”

InvestmentNews partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to compile the survey and recognition program.

“In a year that’s seen so much turmoil in the workplace – from mask mandates and canceled office reopenings to The Great Resignation – InvestmentNews is proud to spotlight those firms with a proven record of investing in their most valuable resource: their employees,” said Paul Curcio, executive editor of InvestmentNews. “We applaud this year’s finalists and wish them all the best in 2022.”

More Information:  *To be eligible for consideration, organizations were required to meet all of the following criteria: • Must be in business a minimum of 1 year • Have a minimum of 15 employees in the United States • Be a registered investment adviser (RIA), affiliated with (but not an employee of) an independent broker dealer (IBD), or a hybrid/dually-registered firm affiliated with an IBD and doing business through an RIA. Firms were required to directly provide financial advice to households or organizations. No fee was charged to participate in the survey process or the ranking. Process details, per InvestmentNews: “Participating organizations must complete a two-part process to be considered for inclusion on the list. The first part consists of evaluating each registered organization’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics and is worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consists of an employee survey to measure the employee experience and is worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determine the top companies and which organizations are included on the list. Best Companies Group (BCG) manages the overall registration and survey process and also analyzes the data and uses our expertise to determine the final rankings.” The 2022 rankings were based on the results of surveys completed in October and November of 2021.
